Because Franklin Offshore Europe serves many customers from different industries, an important initial step to take is to assess each customer’s quality requirements and to match these requirements to our operational activities.
By standardizing our processes, we manage our work more efficiently. Our people are expected to use these standards themselves and train new staff to use them too. Regular audits help us continuously adjust and improve this approach.
Franklin Offshore Europe implemented management systems as early as 2009. Our integrated HSEQ system is in compliance with legal, industry, and FOE standards, certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 3834-2.
